• The right to edit, re-record, duplicate and release the Music Track(s) as a part of Your or Your clients' media production/product.

• The right to use the Music Track(s) as individual sounds in video games, apps and any other media productions.

• The right to transfer the Music Track(s) to any medium to complete media production/product.

Restrictions:

• The Licensee is not permitted to distribute or perform the Music Track(s), or any reproduction of the Music Track(s), which are not incorporated into and synchronized with other media productions.

• The Music Track(s) may not be exploited or traded for profit, or any other reason except as permitted in the above section.

• The Licensee may not claim ownership or authorship of the Music Track(s) represented under this Agreement.

• The Licensee may not transfer, copy, or sell the Music Track(s) bought via Classicals.de / Gregor Quendel on a standalone basis to any other individual or party, except as permitted in the above section.

• The Licensee may not sell hard drives, discs, or any other electronic storage media that contain Classicals.de / Gregor Quendel Music Track(s).
